I think we can all agree that when we hear the word “Fall” we think of “Pumpkin.” Pumpkin latte and coffee are the two things I look forward to every fall season. A few weeks ago an article was released via Vani Hari’s site (love her by the way) that Starbuck’s Pumpkin Latte doesn’t include pumpkin. Now this is nothing new I’ve heard this for years, and frankly why would you want to pay $5 for a latte that doesn’t have the key ingredient you want? This is a simple recipe I came up with on whim and I like to keep it simple. The steps are easy–just put all the ingredients in a pot on low heat after about 10 minutes remove the pot from the stove and let it cool before pouring it into a glass jar. It’ll last refrigerated for about 7 days. Add it to your coffee, tea, latte, pancakes–whatever you like!
